Sireen Khalifeh
Solo Exhibition
21 – 22 October 2025
IKKA Dubai, Hyat Centric Jumeirah
Dubai.
Originally from Nablus and currently based in Riyadh, Khalifeh envisions Palestine not
as it is seen but as it is felt, transformed into a place of harmony and light, untouched
by division or barriers. Her landscapes are born from emotion rather than geography,
revealing an inner world where rolling hills, olive trees, and quiet clusters of houses rest
beneath vast, tranquil skies.
Working primarily with acrylic and oil, Khalifeh develops rich textures and vivid
colours through layers of paint that create depth and sofness at once. The
compositions are ofen shaped by subtle lines inspired by ancient terraces, evoking
rhythm and structure while preserving a sense of calm. Her use of colour through
luminous greens, warm ochres, and deep blues, carries the pulse of a land
remembered in fragments and reconstructed through artistic instinct and nostalgia.
In Imagined Landscapes, Sireen Khalifeh transforms the familiar terrain of Palestine
into a poetic vision, a tapestry of dreams, colours, and textures that reclaims beauty
from absence. Through her layered touch and quiet precision, she reveals a world
both remembered and reimagined, tender, luminous, and enduring.
